It’s On, Make Your Plans for Baking Industry Trade Show

Your Baking Industry Trade Show is on at the end of this month.  May 31st – June 2nd.  It’s fast approaching, so make your plans.

We are excited at the growth of the show this year.  Attracting not only the Mayor but also the Governor.  The show has grown over the past 7 years thanks to allied industry, sponsors, and all those in the industry.

So many exhibitors with new machinery, ingredients and latest trends.  Demonstrations, tastings, and free coffee at the Bakers Corner, which will host sessions on hot topics for our industry.  Join the Q&A sessions and get your questions answered.

As always, industry based competitions where you can talk to the judges and get feed back on your entries.  This year we have the National Donut Competition along with our regulars Artisan Baking Comp, Cake Decorating Comp, Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie Comp and the National Finals for Excellence in Baking.

So much to see.
