All About Bakery Equipment was established in 1996 to meet the equipment needs of the Australian bakers. The experience of bakers and service engineers was utilised to ensure that all our bakery equipment is designed and manufactured to an exceptionally high standard. Whether it’s bakery supplies, bakery machines, planetary mixers, pastry sheeters, dough sheeters, bread moulders, bread slicers or water chillers that are required, our focus has always been on providing our customers with the correct bakery equipment for their specific needs.

The Australian Mushroom Growers Association (AMGA) is a non-profit, member-based organisation, and has represented the interests of our Australian Mushroom growers for nearly 60 years. Australian Bakels is a member of the privately-owned International Bakels Group with over 100 years of experience, with the Australian arm of the group established in 1952. Bakers Cups Australia has been providing quality cupcake liners to the baking and packaging industries for almost 2 decades.

We are a small family business operating from Bendigo in regional Victoria, with the current owners taking over in 2016 and expanding the business further.

Our core products are foil and paper cupcake liners and over recent years we have expanded our range to include 3 & 5 tier cupcake stands, cake boxes with inserts, cake cheers, larger paper cake liners, and other products for cake display and which assist the baking industry.

We pride ourselves in our friendly and efficient service and love hearing about and seeing the creations of many of our talented customers.

She has over 40 years’ experience in environmental and strategic planning, working with the mining industry, universities, state and national governments. After leaving the role of Senior Executive with the national Department of Environment in 2015, she has been a strategic consultant on complex environmental management projects, including for the past 4 years focussing on working with industry and governments to reduce food waste.
