1. I/We declare that the submitted product is made and sold on site at our store. I agree to the judges having a 4(four) month period to randomly visit our store and verify the submitted product is made and sold on site at our store.

2. All judging decisions are final. Entrants will receive a copy of their scores and results at the completion of the competition via post.

3. I agree that the title of Australia's Best Pie or Pastie will be awarded to the bakery name only and cannot be awarded to an individual.

4. I agree that only the National Winners will be allowed to use the title of “Australia’s Best Pie” or “Australia’s Best Pastie”. ALL OTHER CATEGORY WINNERS ARE PERMITTED TO USE THE CATEGORY TITLE ONLY.

5. I agree that unless I have been awarded as a category winner, I cannot advertise as such.

6. I agree that unless I have been awarded as a national title winner, I cannot advertise as such.

7. I agree that all titles expire on the 1st of June in the year following the most recent Australia’s Best Pie, Australia’s Best Pastie and Australia’s Best Sausage Roll competitions. I agree that title and category winners will no longer be allowed to continue advertising as a title winner past the aforementioned date.

8. Award winning exhibitors will be sent both a hard copy and digital copy of their certificates after the conclusion of the competitions. Digital copies will be sent to the email provided on the registration forms. I agree that this certificate is the only source of advertising material to be used to promote awards won in competitions both physically and digitally.

9. I agree that when advertising awards the following must be clearly shown in all instances:
- The name of the award
- The year of the award
- The category and type of award.

10. An exhibitor making improper use of the awards won in competitions for advertising purposes may be subject to disqualification from future Australia’s Best Pie, Australia’s Best Pastie and Australia’s Best Sausage Roll competitions.

11. I agree that I must only use the marketing and promotional material provided to me by the BAA for advertising awards won from The Australia’s Best Pie, Australia’s Best Pastie and Australia’s Best Sausage Roll Competitions.
