The Baking Industry’s FIRST EVER Industry Specific Trade Show

Great news! The Baking Industry will finally have it’s first ever industry specific trade show!

The Baking Industry Trade Show, which will be held in Melbourne at the Moonee Valley Events Centre between the 20th & 22nd June is forming up to be a great show catered directly for the Baking Industry.

It will be the new home of the annual national competition “Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie Comp”, and as well as host a variety of bakery specific exhibitors and presenters, will have live bakery kitchens thanks to Vanrooy, Unox and Bulla Cream.

The Baking Industry Trade Show will also run in conjunction with the National Conference – a two half day conference specifically targeting current and future bakery needs, as well as forums and important information.

With a full floor plan, and some great ideas floating around from those involved, we are all looking forward to giving you a genuine and informative trade expo – not only this year but also in the years to come!

Stay tuned for more info and news releases!!!
