The Baking Industry Trade Show 2020 – Will be going ahead! 25th – 27th August

We are both pleased and proud to announce that the 2020 Baking Industry Trade Show has locked in our dates 25th – 27th August!
As always our priority is to show support to the Baking Industry, and for this reason we have reset the dates for not only the Baking Industry Trade Show, but also Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie Comp, which will be running in conjunction with the Baking Industry Trade Show!
With entries rolling in for the Australia’s Best Pie and Pastie Comp, and the trade show floor plan filling up we are looking forward to a wonderful Industry Event, and to seeing all of you in good health, and with a smile on every face!

The Baking Industry Trade Show is a boutique style industry focused trade show, promoting and showcasing new and innovative products and manufacturers for bakeries, patisseries and bakers Australia wide.

Carolyn Cameron

Carolyn Cameron is Sector Action Plan Lead for Stop Food Waste Australia. She has over 40 years’ experience in environmental and strategic planning, working with the mining industry, universities, state and national governments. After leaving the role of Senior Executive with the national Department of Environment in 2015, she has been a strategic consultant on complex environmental management projects, including for the past 4 years focussing on working with industry and governments to reduce food waste.

Anton Duc

Anton was called to the bar in April 2015. He has a broad practice with a particular focus in employment and family law. Since being called to the bar, Anton has represented a wide variety of clients from corporations and individuals and not for profits. He is the BAA workplace and IR relations barrister.
