Sunny Sunny Gold Coast! 2018 Baking Industry Trade Show

The 2018 Baking Industry Trade Show is looking forward to heading to the Sunny Gold Coast for this year’s event!

Last year’s Baking Industry Trade Show was a great success – and also a great opportunity to get use out of our winter jackets – in Melbourne, and we look forward to seeing our great industry suppliers and supporters exhibiting at the Gold Coast Turf Club 20th & 21st June 2018.
As well as hosting the Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie Comp the Baking Industry Trade Show will feature BAKING INDUSTRY specific suppliers and demonstrations including Bakery Machinery, Bakery Ingredients, Pie Machines, Uniforms, POS, Coffee, Packaging, Bread Tins and pie trays, Bread Crates and MORE!
The Baking Industry Trade Show will also host LIVE bakery demos from the Vanrooy’s Innovations Bakery & Patisserie Theatre, Live Baking with UNOX, and the Queensland Cake Decorators Association.

Carolyn Cameron

Carolyn Cameron is Sector Action Plan Lead for Stop Food Waste Australia. She has over 40 years’ experience in environmental and strategic planning, working with the mining industry, universities, state and national governments. After leaving the role of Senior Executive with the national Department of Environment in 2015, she has been a strategic consultant on complex environmental management projects, including for the past 4 years focussing on working with industry and governments to reduce food waste.

Anton was called to the bar in April 2015. He has a broad practice with a particular focus in employment and family law. Since being called to the bar, Anton has represented a wide variety of clients from corporations and individuals and not for profits. He is the BAA workplace and IR relations barrister.
