You can now pre-register for the 2020 Baking Industry Trade Show!

The 2020 Baking Industry Trade Show will be held 26th – 28th May 2020, at Moonee Valley Racecourse, Moonee Ponds.
Entry is FREE! Simply pre-register online, and bring your ticket (or phone with access to your email/ ticket) with you on any of the Trade Show days for quick, easy and free access to the only industry specific baking trade show!

The 2020 Baking Industry Trade Show will be open:

Tuesday 26th May 10am – 4pm

Wednesday 27th May 10am – 4pm

Thursday 28th May 10am – 4pm

There will be heaps to do and see over these three days, with all of your favourite, as well as new, industry suppliers and exhibitors coming along, the return of the Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie Competition, Live baking finals for the National Excellence in Baking, Live demos and free workshops to help you hone all of your skills, the Australian Artisan Competition, The National Excellence in Baking Awards Dinner, and of course the FREE EOI networking cocktail night on Tuesday 26th May 4pm – 7pm!

Wait – did I miss anything…. Well yeah, I might have – but that’s all a secret for now!

Carolyn Cameron

Carolyn Cameron is Sector Action Plan Lead for Stop Food Waste Australia. She has over 40 years’ experience in environmental and strategic planning, working with the mining industry, universities, state and national governments. After leaving the role of Senior Executive with the national Department of Environment in 2015, she has been a strategic consultant on complex environmental management projects, including for the past 4 years focussing on working with industry and governments to reduce food waste.

Anton was called to the bar in April 2015. He has a broad practice with a particular focus in employment and family law. Since being called to the bar, Anton has represented a wide variety of clients from corporations and individuals and not for profits. He is the BAA workplace and IR relations barrister.
