Registrations Open – 2021 Baking Industry Trade Show!!!

Welcome to 2021! If you are like us, then no doubt you were glad to see the end of 2020 and you are looking forward to a happy and productive 2021!
And what better way to celebrate the new year, than to start planning for what you will be able to do!

The 5th Annual Baking Industry Trade Show is now open for FREE Registrations!
The Show will visit Sydney for the first time, and will be held from 25th to 27th May 2021, at Wentworth Park, Glebe, SYDNEY.

The team here at BITS are dedicated to providing you with a COVID-Safe event, so we are asking visitors to pre-register early so that we can plan our show as well as keep you all informed with the need to know COVID-Safe details.

The 2021 Baking Industry Trade Show will again host the Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie Competition, the LIVE Excellence in Baking Finals, the National Artisan Competition, live demos and free workshops, as well as industry exhibitors, information and discussion groups, great giveaways and the introduction of the Centre of Excellence!

Carolyn Cameron

Carolyn Cameron is Sector Action Plan Lead for Stop Food Waste Australia. She has over 40 years’ experience in environmental and strategic planning, working with the mining industry, universities, state and national governments. After leaving the role of Senior Executive with the national Department of Environment in 2015, she has been a strategic consultant on complex environmental management projects, including for the past 4 years focussing on working with industry and governments to reduce food waste.

Anton was called to the bar in April 2015. He has a broad practice with a particular focus in employment and family law. Since being called to the bar, Anton has represented a wide variety of clients from corporations and individuals and not for profits. He is the BAA workplace and IR relations barrister.
