Baking Industry Trade Show Committee has locked in the dates for the 2022 show. We are excited to announce that Your Industry Show will be held in Victoria @ the Moonee Valley Racecourse. With planning already underway and exhibitors booking early, we know next years show will deliver what you have come to expect from the Baking Industry.
As usual the association continues to support and nurture our upcoming bakers and pastry cooks through the Excellence in Baking National Competition. With the highlight being competing live at the trade show and the prestigious awards night.
