Cake Decorating Competition Entry’s are Now Open

The Baking Association of Australia are proud to be collaborating with the Cake Decorating Association of Victoria to present two great events during the Baking Industry Trade Show.

The Cake Decorating Competition attracts all cake decorating enthusiast from all over Australia.  Categories will cover from the Student/Novice to Professional Cake Decorator. Click on Enter Now for your Entry Form.

Novice, intermediate and advance workshops will be offered at the Baking Industry Trade Show .  These workshops are hosted by professional instructors with all ingredients and equipment supplied by Vizyon, CDAV & BAA. Carolyn Cameron

Carolyn Cameron is Sector Action Plan Lead for Stop Food Waste Australia. She has over 40 years’ experience in environmental and strategic planning, working with the mining industry, universities, state and national governments. After leaving the role of Senior Executive with the national Department of Environment in 2015, she has been a strategic consultant on complex environmental management projects, including for the past 4 years focussing on working with industry and governments to reduce food waste.

Anton was called to the bar in April 2015. He has a broad practice with a particular focus in employment and family law.
