The Baking Association of Australia are proud to be collaborating with the Cake Decorating Association of Victoria to present two great events during the Baking Industry Trade Show.
The Cake Decorating Competition attracts all cake decorating enthusiast from all over Australia. Categories will cover from the Student/Novice to Professional Cake Decorator.
Novice, intermediate and advance workshops will be offered at the Baking Industry Trade Show . These workshops are hosted by professional instructors with all ingredients and equipment supplied by Vizyon, CDAV & BAA.
